4. Your Business Data in Rubix ERP

This section is important for Rubix ERP clients.

Every Rubix ERP client receives a dedicated server. Your business data — transactions, customer records, employee information, inventory, and all other data in your ERP — is stored exclusively on your dedicated server. It is not shared with other clients, not stored on shared infrastructure, and not accessible to RubixSystem staff without your explicit permission.

We access your server data only when:

You have explicitly requested technical support or maintenance
There is a security issue that requires our intervention to protect your data
We are legally required to do so

Your business data is yours. We do not analyse it, share it, or use it for any purpose other than operating your system.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the experience. We use:
